This Privacy Policy explains how Jessie Home Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website.
SMS/mobile information: we do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. This is described in full in the Text messaging section below.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, that may include:

- What you would like help with, and anything you tell us about your situation.
- Your preferred time to be contacted.
- Whether you checked the optional box consenting to receive text messages.
When you submit the form, we also automatically record technical details that let us demonstrate how and when any consent was given:
- The date and time of your submission.
- Your IP address and browser user-agent.
- The page you submitted the form from, the page you first landed on, and the referring website.
- Marketing source parameters (such as UTM tags) present in the link you arrived through.
- The exact wording and version of the consent language shown to you at that moment.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and have a conversation about your property or situation.
- To discuss potential real estate options, offers, and transactions with you.
- To send text messages, but only if you separately and voluntarily opted in.

If you opt in, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We keep a record of every opt-out and will not add an opted-out number back to messaging without a new, valid opt-in from you.

How we share information
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you — website hosting, email delivery, the SMS platform, and analytics — and only as needed to perform that work for us.
- Transaction participants, where relevant to a transaction you are pursuing with us, such as title companies, lenders, attorneys, or escrow, with the context of your inquiry in mind.
- Legal requirements, when we are required to by law or to protect legal rights.
Again, mobile information and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which sources they came from. We also read marketing parameters from the link you arrived through so we know where an inquiry originated. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
How long we keep information
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records. Consent and opt-out records are retained for at least the period required by applicable telecommunications rules, and opt-out records are kept indefinitely so a number is not accidentally re-contacted.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
